I created an account, why can't I place an order?

Once you have created your account, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Make sure you click on the link to approve your account.

My Order still shows as pending, is it normal?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
Orders are normally processed within 72 business hours, delays may occur during high demand season.
 

Are all items in stock?

No, especially when it comes to configurable items. You will be provided with the standard lead time of your order when it has been processed in the system.
 

When will I be charged on my Credit Card?

You will not be automatically billed to your credit card. The billing process occurs when your order is complete, packed and ready to leave our manufacture.
